Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Strictly No Refunds

Exam Radar Ai operates under a strict No Refund policy. Because our subscription fee is heavily subsidized (₹99/month) to ensure premium education remains accessible to all aspirants, all payments made for subscriptions (UPSC, RAS, or Elite modes) and one-time Archive purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not entertain requests for full or partial refunds for unused days, nor for accidental purchases.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You retain absolute control over your subscription mandate. You may cancel your monthly auto-renewal at any time directly through the application or via your respective UPI/payment provider.

• If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will not receive a refund for the ongoing billing cycle.
• You will seamlessly continue to have full access to your premium content until the conclusion of your current paid month.
• Once the billing cycle concludes, your account will revert to the Free tier, and no further deductions will be made from your account.

3. Service Interruptions

In the highly unlikely event of a prolonged server outage or technical malfunction on our end that entirely prevents you from accessing the application content for several days, the Exam Radar Ai administration may, at its sole discretion, offer account extensions or validity adjustments. Under no circumstances will monetary refunds be credited back to the original payment source.

4. Contact for Billing Discrepancies

If you suspect you have been double-charged erroneously due to a banking failure or network timeout during the transaction, please reach out to us immediately at examradarapp@gmail.com. Kindly attach your Razorpay Payment ID in the correspondence, and our team will rectify the duplicate transaction at the earliest.
