By downloading, installing, and logging into the Exam Radar Ai application, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. AI Content Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

Please Note: Exam Radar Ai utilizes Artificial Intelligence to curate, summarize, and structure daily current affairs into examination-ready study material. While every effort is undertaken to ensure factual accuracy, current affairs and study materials are generated by AI, and AI can make mistakes. Students are strongly advised to independently verify critical facts, constitutional articles, and data points from official government sources. Exam Radar Ai and its founders shall not be held legally or financially liable for any loss of marks, examination failure, or inaccuracies present in the content provided.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Exam Radar Ai provides premium study content via auto-renewing monthly subscriptions (UPSC, RAS, and Elite modes) processed securely via Razorpay.
Prices are subject to revision; however, active subscribers will be duly notified in advance of any changes.

4. Fair Usage & Account Security

Single Device Policy: Your subscription is valid for a single user operating on a single device. Logging into a secondary device will automatically and immediately terminate the session on the primary device.
Anti-Piracy Measures: Exam Radar Ai employs rigorous security protocols, including blocking screenshots, screen recording, and text copying functionalities. Attempting to bypass these security measures utilizing third-party software will result in immediate account termination without any provision for a refund.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Pali, Rajasthan.
